Working On-Camera: Skills (& Tricks) for Actors

By July 1, 2019News

How would you like to learn some of the secret Camera Techniques, Skills, and yes, “Tricks” used by an acting coach, with over 4000 hours of On-Set experience, coaching Stars, Series-Regulars, Guest Stars, and Co-Stars on National Television Shows and Motion Pictures? These techniques are not taught in most acting classes and have nothing to do with Method Acting or Meisner or any other “acting technique.” They are “On-Camera Skills” that will give you a whole new perspective on identifying and overcoming the technical challenges of acting for the camera.

This workshop will teach you Skills, Techniques and Tricks that will help you when acting and auditioning on camera (AND they will make directors want to hire you). You’ll learn specific techniques for tailoring your acting to different size shots and why this is SO important, How to “button” up a scene (directors LOVE this), How to be an “Active Listener” (directors LOVE this even more!), and many other skills. We’ll use Lecture, Q&A, and lot’s of specific camera exercises during this workshop.
